Services and Routes
- Mizan focuses on B2B cargo for businesses importing, exporting or moving commercial goods. Share your commodity, shipment size and route so we can assess the appropriate service.
- Yes. Mizan coordinates business cargo moving into and out of the UAE. Available transport options depend on the origin, destination, cargo and required service.
- Mizan coordinates sea freight, including FCL and LCL, air freight, UAE and GCC road freight, customs clearance, warehousing and door-to-door shipment arrangements.
- Our main service focus is business cargo with the UAE as its origin or destination. Contact us about other routes so we can assess feasibility before confirming a service.

Door-to-Door and DDP
- Door-to-door freight coordinates cargo from the agreed collection address to the agreed delivery address. Your quotation identifies the included transport, handling, clearance and delivery services, along with any exclusions.
- No. Door-to-door describes the collection-to-delivery journey. The agreed trade terms and quotation determine responsibility for customs clearance, duties and taxes. Ask for these responsibilities to be stated clearly before booking.
- DDP means Delivered Duty Paid. Under Incoterms 2020, the seller is responsible for import clearance and applicable import duties and taxes, with delivery at the named destination ready for unloading. The quotation should clearly identify the destination and agreed arrangements.
5% Price Beat
- The offer applies only to qualifying China-to-UAE DDP sea freight shipments. Submit a valid written quotation for a like-for-like comparison. Eligibility is confirmed after Mizan reviews the shipment details and quoted scope.
- The quotations must cover the same shipment requirements, including collection and delivery locations, cargo, weight or volume, shipment timing and DDP service scope. Included charges and exclusions must be clear enough to compare.
- No. The offer is restricted to qualifying China-to-UAE DDP sea freight. Other freight enquiries receive a quotation based on their own shipment requirements.
No Minimum Shipment Quantity
- Yes. Mizan accepts China-to-UAE sea freight enquiries with no minimum shipment quantity. LCL can suit cargo that does not need a full container. Share packed dimensions, weight and goods details for the applicable service and charges.
- FCL uses a container allocated to your shipment, while LCL shares container space with other shipments. Compare total costs, cargo volume, handling requirements and timing before choosing.
- There is no minimum shipment quantity for China-to-UAE air or sea shipments. Share the goods description, package count, packed dimensions and gross weight so Mizan can quote the suitable service.
- No minimum quantity describes shipment acceptance. Your quotation explains the applicable charging basis and charges for the specific cargo and service. Ask Mizan to confirm these before booking.
Three-Business-Day Container Preparation and Loading
- Within three business days of order confirmation, Mizan can arrange a container, send it to your supplier, collect the goods and complete loading. This covers container arrangement, collection and loading. Sailing, transit and UAE delivery dates are confirmed separately.
- No. It describes container arrangement, supplier collection and loading within three business days of order confirmation. It is not a sailing, flight-departure, transit or final-delivery commitment.
Batteries and Powder Materials
- Yes. Mizan handles enquiries for batteries and powder materials. Share the exact product details, quantity, packaging and available technical documents so the team can confirm acceptance and suitable transport arrangements before booking.
Khor Fakkan and Customs Clearance
- Yes. Businesses and freight companies can book individual stages or the complete China-to-UAE service. Tell Mizan whether you need collection, consolidation, loading, freight, clearance, unloading, delivery or separate warehousing support.
- Requirements depend on the route and commodity. Common documents include a commercial invoice, packing list and the relevant transport document. Product-specific permits or certificates may also be required.
- Yes. Mizan handles customs clearance directly at Khor Fakkan. You can request clearance as an individual stage or combine it with unloading and onward UAE delivery.
Freight-Company Services
- Yes. Mizan can collect and consolidate orders from suppliers across China for shipment to the UAE. Provide each pickup location, readiness date, package details and required delivery timing for a combined shipment plan and quotation.
- Yes. Freight and shipping companies can use Mizan for the full China-to-UAE route or individual stages, including collection, consolidation, container arrangement and loading, freight, customs clearance, unloading and UAE delivery.
Quotations
- Provide enquiry type (business importer or freight company), supplier locations, delivery address, goods description, package count, dimensions, gross weight, readiness date and required stages. Disclose batteries, powder materials and other handling needs.
- Do not assume cargo insurance is included. Ask for the insurance arrangements, coverage and exclusions to be confirmed in writing as part of your shipment quotation.
