Consolidate Orders from Multiple Suppliers in China
Buying from several suppliers in China? Mizan can collect orders from supplier locations across China and consolidate them into a combined shipment to the UAE, planned around each supplier’s readiness date, your cargo details and the delivery timing you need.
Collecting from Multiple Suppliers
Many UAE businesses buy from several manufacturers or wholesalers in China for one order. Shipping each supplier’s goods separately means separate bookings, separate paperwork and separate deliveries. Consolidation brings those orders together so they travel to the UAE as one planned shipment.
Mizan collects from supplier locations across China, receives the goods and prepares them to move together. You keep one point of contact for the combined shipment instead of chasing each supplier’s logistics separately.
Locations and Readiness Dates
A consolidated shipment can only leave once the goods it depends on are ready. The plan is built around each supplier’s location and readiness date, so accurate information from the start matters.
| Detail | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| Supplier name and pickup address | Plans the collection route across China |
| Readiness date | Sets when each collection can happen and when the combined shipment can move |
| Supplier contact | Lets collection be confirmed with the right person |
| Package count, dimensions, gross weight | Shapes how the goods are combined and which shipping option fits |
| Goods description | Supports documentation and handling review |

If one supplier is running late, tell us early. Depending on your priorities, the shipment may wait for that supplier or the plan may be adjusted — those options are discussed with you rather than assumed.
Receiving and Consolidation
As goods are collected, they are received and consolidated according to the cargo and packing details agreed for your shipment, then held until the combined shipment is ready. Packages are then brought together for loading — into a shared container as LCL, a full container as FCL, or for air freight, depending on the agreed plan.
Receiving does not automatically include quantity or quality inspection. If you need any receiving checks — such as carton counts against the packing list — ask for them when you request your quotation so the scope can be confirmed in writing.
Discrepancies between what a supplier hands over and what was declared — missing cartons, different dimensions, damaged packaging — are easier to resolve before loading than after arrival, so consistent supplier documentation helps.
Packing and Shipment Details
Ask each supplier to:
- Pack goods for transport and handling alongside other cargo
- Mark every carton with your shipping marks and order reference
- Provide a commercial invoice and packing list that match the goods supplied
- Flag batteries, powder materials or other goods that need acceptance review
Exact documents depend on the cargo and shipment. Our shipping resources include a preparation checklist you can share with suppliers.
Total Cost and Timing
Consolidation can simplify a multi-supplier order, but it is not automatically cheaper. It adds collection and handling steps, and the combined shipment moves only once the last supplier is ready. Compare it with the alternatives on the full scope:
- All collections, receiving and handling
- Freight for the combined cargo
- Customs clearance, unloading and UAE delivery
- The effect of different readiness dates on timing
No minimum quantity, applicable charges
