Confirmed per shipment
Door-to-door logistics to and from the UAE
Door-to-door means the journey is coordinated from the agreed origin address through to the agreed destination address. Collection, inland transport, port or airport handling, the main freight leg, customs clearance and final delivery are brought together around one shipment and one point of contact.
The advantage is not that physical handovers disappear. It is that responsibility does not disappear between them. Instead of managing separate providers across different stages, you have one team coordinating the journey from beginning to end.
Questions
Door-to-door, answered.
- Yes. The service is priced and invoiced as a single journey, rather than as separate charges at each stage.
- The origin and destination addresses you provide at quotation stage. Both are confirmed before the shipment is booked.
- No — duties, taxes and charges levied by a customs authority are outside Mizan's pricing and are payable separately, as set out in the scope above.
- Yes. Share a comparable door-to-door quotation and Mizan will review it against the conditions on the comparable-quote page.
- Hazardous, oversized or temperature-sensitive cargo is confirmed per shipment before booking, so the right equipment and handling are arranged from the start.
