Shipping With Mizan Al Noor: Business Cargo to and From the UAE
Every shipment Mizan coordinates starts with the same question: what is moving, where does it start and where does it need to arrive? This guide walks through what happens after you ask — the information we need, how the quotation is prepared, how collection, freight, clearance and delivery are coordinated, and what you should confirm before you book.
What business shipments does Mizan coordinate?
Mizan Al Noor works with businesses moving commercial cargo into and out of the UAE. That includes sea freight (both full container and shared container), air freight, road freight within the UAE and across the GCC, customs clearance and warehousing. Shipments can be arranged as a complete collection-to-delivery service or as individual stages.
On the China-to-UAE lane, Mizan directly manages the operating stages: supplier collection, consolidation, freight, direct clearance at Khor Fakkan, unloading and UAE delivery. Freight companies can also use Mizan for individual stages. Our focus is B2B cargo rather than personal shipments.
What information do you provide first?
A good enquiry answers three questions: what is moving, where it starts and where it needs to arrive. The more precise those answers are, the fewer follow-up questions you will receive.
- Who you are: a business importer or exporter, or a freight company
- Origin: supplier or collection addresses, with readiness dates
- Destination: the delivery address, or the port or airport if you only need part of the route
- Cargo: goods description, package count, packed dimensions and gross weight
- Stages: collection, freight, clearance, delivery — or all of them
- Special handling: batteries, powder materials, fragile or heavy items
Our quote request walks through these details step by step.
How is the quotation prepared?
Mizan builds each quotation around the shipment you describe rather than a fixed price list. The team reviews your cargo and route, considers suitable transport options and then sets out which stages are included, what each covers and what is excluded.
Goods that need acceptance review — such as batteries or powder materials — are checked against the product, mode, packaging and documents before a service is confirmed. If something in your details is unclear, expect questions before a figure is given; that is usually quicker than correcting a quotation later.
How are collection, freight and delivery coordinated?
Once you confirm, each stage is coordinated under one agreement with one point of contact. The table below shows what is typically needed from you at each stage and what Mizan coordinates, within the scope you have agreed.
| Stage | Information you provide | What Mizan coordinates (as agreed) |
|---|---|---|
| Enquiry | Route, cargo details, required stages | Reviews the shipment and asks for missing details |
| Quotation | Confirmation of scope, any special handling | Prepares a quotation with inclusions and exclusions |
| Collection | Supplier contacts, pickup addresses, readiness dates | Arranges collection and, where needed, consolidation |
| Freight | Final packing list and shipping marks | Books and coordinates the sea, air or road movement |
| Clearance | Commercial invoice, packing list, product documents | Coordinates customs clearance for the agreed stage |
| Delivery | Delivery address, receiving hours, site access | Arranges unloading and delivery to the agreed address |
